KABBM OFFICIAL SHIPPING POLICY
Please read our shipping policy carefully. By placing an order with KABBM, you agree to the following terms designed to deliver your equipment securely.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and carefully packaged within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a dispatch notification once your gear is on the move. Minor delays may occur during high-demand elite drops.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
We ship globally from our international fulfillment centers to equip athletes everywhere. Due to the premium nature and weight of our wood & steel equipment, shipping generally takes:
- UK & Europe (Priority Route): 6 - 12 Business Days
- Rest of the World: 7 - 15 Business Days
*Note: Delivery times are estimates commencing from the date of dispatch. Unforeseen courier delays are outside our control, but our support team tracks every package.
3. Order Tracking
Once your gear is shipped, you will receive an email with a secure tracking number. You can monitor your equipment's journey directly on our Track Your Order page. Please allow 48-72 hours for the courier's system to update.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (UK/EU Friendly)
For our UK and EU athletes: We utilize specialized logistics routes to ensure a seamless delivery experience with zero hidden customs fees for standard orders.
For other international destinations, local customs and taxes may apply upon arrival. Any regional tariffs imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We rely on the exact address provided at checkout. KABBM cannot be held responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incomplete shipping information. If a package is returned due to a wrong address, the customer will cover the redelivery cost.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed over to the courier and confirmed as "Delivered" to the entered address, KABBM's liability ends. We are not responsible for stolen packages post-delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the local courier immediately.
